Schilansky Parliamentary Services has been serving the needs of local and regional clients since 1995.
Founded by Dr. Mark Schilansky, PRP-R,CPP,  we are headquartered in Southern California.
Carol Schilansky, PRP has worked with organizations and individuals seeking help with the management
of meetings, bylaws interpretation and other organizational issues. Her clients include not-for profit
organizations, professional associations, homeowners associations and common interest clubs.

With a Masters degree in Psychology, Carol began her career employed as a systems analyst for several
hospitals in New York City, Boston and the Hudson Valley. For the past 34 years, Carol has been the Practice
Manager of a leading Hudson Valley Podiatry Practice. Her experience and passion as a parliamentarian
began some years ago when Dr. Schilansky became disabled.

Given the situation, Carol took on several of Dr. Schilansky’s parliamentary clients.

When Carol is not assisting clients, she enjoys spending time with her grown children and grandchildren
as well as being an accomplished nature photographer. Traveling to serve parliamentary clients has
afforded her the opportunity to visit and take photos of some of the most stunning parts of America.
